Cant update
I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just about every day to be able to pair my mug. Today, I can't even get the app to open🙄3/14/20 After the last Ember update, the mug no longer stays paired with my phone for than a few seconds. This is beyond frustrating for as expensive as these mugs are. Even if I uninstall and reinstall, it does not work.
This app has flaws, but credit to the devs as this app was 100% unusable this time last year. I just didn't use the app for well over a year, but now it is a lot better. Ongoing issues are: telling me my cup is at the perfect temp 3-5 times per cup; battery life is hidden in settings when it is more important to me that the temp settings; charging seems erratic (although this is firmware issue not app). But it is soooo much better than it was and I am confident the devs can tackle these issues.
The mug appears to work and maintain the temperature, but the app can't connect or stay connected to it, and doesn't give you any other option but to connect. I was not able to install the mandatory update because the connection broke. Please fix.
Simply doesn't work. Crashes every single touch.

Update: app has been updated and experience seems much better. Not perfect, but actually can connect now Mug itself is excellent, but the app is non-functional. Will not connect, loses connection randomly, can't adjust temperature
UPDATE 3/30: They FINALLY fixed the Bluetooth connectivity! Decided to try it again since my ember was an expensive paperweight, and lo and behold it's working without issues now! Been a few weeks or so, and the issue of needing to reconnect the mug everytime is gone. App works well, but only 3 stars for now just bc of the long wait and the fact my mug was a waste for so long.
Requests an update which if I install it prevents my phone from connecting to my mug. Interesting concept but needs a lot of polishing.
App constantly stops working. Worked for a day before simply refusing to open or constantly crashing. Had to reinstall and expect this to happen again.
